I waited to be served and the woman at the drive thru, I believe was flirting with me. She commented on my flowing black hair and dark sunglasses while my older hispanic husband was in the passenger seat. She should respect our love.
So, Dairy Queen in general has amazing ice cream, so that part is fine. It's the fact that it has taken on several occasions 15-20 minutes to GET that ice cream when there is no one in line in front of me that's the problem.
This place is awful. I have been there twice in about a month and both times had a terrible experience. It doesn't seem like they know what that are doing. I was asked three times what my order was, they messed up my sundae and when the cashier told the manager it was wrong she stared at the screen for over a minute before she remade it. Everything I ordered was correct on my recipet so I didn't understand why they were so lost and confused about my order. I waited for half an hour for 2 combos. they even had me pull forward after being at the window for 10minutes because they didn't asked me if I wanted my chicken crispy or grilled. When I said grilled they asked me to pull up. Someone seriously needs to go in and fix this place. I will definitely not be going back.
Food is great. Unfortunately there is always one heck of a line here and they are slow. We always end up getting a discount because of how slow and understaffed they are and how long we have to wait. And it doesn't matter if you go in to the dining room. Wait time is still about the same. Food and ice cream is awesome. Just the wait times suck. 5 star food 1 star wait. 3 stars for the discount.
Love that they have the cherry dip cone only Dq that has it and I travel allot and never find it keep it for ever please....
