The ad for urgent care say operating hours are 7 to 7.. but at 7:42 am I can't contact them by phone..because it doesn't open til 8? Wth
I went to the clinic a week ago for abdominal pain. The doctor saw I was in excruciating pain and told me that xrays would take a couple of days for results since the clinic was short handed and it was late in the day, She sent me to the emergency room for a cat scan. This decision saved my life. I had a severe diverticulitis infection which I spent 6 days in the hospital with complications that almost killed me...if this doctor had been like others and thought it was just a burst cyst on my ovary and sent me home with pain meds I wouldn't be here today. Thank you!!!!
It went fine at first, plus they were able to meet on a sunday. But I just got the bill and it was $600 for unnecessary tests because the doctor was afraid to touch my balls. You think she would mention the cost of the tests before she recommends something.
Misdiagnosis caused severe delay in treatment of my knee injury. The injury required surgery, they said it was a sprain. Nope, torn meniscus and ligaments. Not great for anything other than a cold or possibly flu, otherwise seek treatment elsewhere.
