This was a great place back in the 90's even better before that. When I still knew people who lived there. Now adays the roads are crap. The lakes are horribly polluted. I have even heard they half-assed filled the pool in. The community is filled with tons of junkies and a few poor souls that can't get out. I would suggest anyone to just drive on by. Do not pull in. I'll be happy to see the county tear this place to the ground. Its a burden on the Community.

This place used to be a nice place to get waterfront property. Now nobody in their right mind wants to live there because it's drug infested with a lot of needle users. The Indiana State Police are now trying to get that under control
Horrible place, anyone would be a fool to buy there. CSL homeowner's association is a joke and with the high dues that you get nothing out of you might as well go buy a house in a nice neighborhood. Filthy trash filled lakes, high water bills, and the people in charge down at the clubhouse have no sense of priorities. I've seen more dead fish and other aquatic life now then ever. Roads are horrible and drugs and violence are even worse. Unless the county takes the place over it's worthless. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if I didn't have to
This place is the worst! The people who say they are in charge of it are complete idiots. They harass hard working people who are trying to clean up lots and make a home here. But yet let so many get away with trashy lots and junk vehicles. Mike in the clubhouse discriminates against women as well. Turn CSL over to county that way the streets can be fixed and the county can patrol the roads and get rid of all the drugs and violence in this community.
