My experience was great, I enjoy being able to go online to pay my water bill. Makes thing's so much easier for me.
terrible quality of water & i have not had a water bill under $140 since i lived in CSL , strait up monopoly , i pay more for water than i pay for electric. someone high up needs to do something about it cause there is a minimum charge of $90 even if you don't use a drop. Taking advantage of the lower class and getting rich from it , thats why half the people in CSL don't have water
being able to pay online is a good feature. you dont know what you owe unless you have your bill though. I have never used over the minimum of $89 since i have lived there. I always go online on the due date and pay $100 then when I have done that enough that I get a bill for Zero or negative I skip a month.
