I will not patronize this company again nor will I recommend it to family or friends.
I purchased parts from their online site. Customer service provided advice on the part I needed, however, even with the photos and model information I provided they would still not offer to exchange the parts. I was aware of their no refund policy, hence the additional information I provided to them to order the right part. I also inquired about seeking a more modest shipping fee (other than UPS ground) for a valve and the customer service representative advised me to purchase more to save on future shipping. I am glad I did not follow his advice or I would be out more money.
The owners are very deceptive and rude people. I dealt with Wayne on a project and let's just say his word isn't good for much.
In conclusion, they were helpful to me when I was looking for a part and paid for it. Then when I found out it was not the right one and asked for an exchange, their only answer was no returns period.
