Experience was poor. Monday's did not let me know that they charge a 3 % transaction fee just for using a credit card. My service was $1,151 so I had to pay over $33 just to use my credit card. Other places let you use a credit card for free. Monday's are getting their money from you on their service as well as getting extra money for charging you to use your own credit card. Seriously! That is how most people pay for things these days. The other thing was Monday's called me and told me they went ahead and replaced my back rotors because they were so rusted. They probably didn't even need replaced. Even if they did, they should be respectful enough to call you first and give you the choice. They shouldn't just make the decision to change them so they can charge you more money. Also, my service ended up being almost $200 more than what they quoted me.
Tony and Jamie have always been easy to work with, and careful not to do any more than needed. They always talk to me about what is needed and what was done. Their prices are reasonable, and Tony stands by his work. I send people to Tony when they ask for an honest mechanic that is reasonable in price.
