Their online banking is very inaccurate. You better keep your own records and do not rely on what online says.
Tellers can't count money correctly and they are SLOW
Staff is friendly, but don't try to call this store. You have to hold first, then someone will answer, just to ask you to hold again. I had some discrepancies with my banking information. No customer help at all once I got through the 15 minute hold time.
